This hostel is in a quiet location just a little off the significant road. We are fond of seeing a garden, though small, outside our room. Our host, Mr. Ranjit, is nice to suggest us go to the right places. He is enthusiastic to help us solve the problem of transportation. We are also lucky to meet other warm and friendly guests from Germany and Australia.

The property itself is great. Me and my 2 pals had a large open airy house pretty much to ourselves. You may also stay in two little cabins down the end of the block. The cabins are ok but i the house is way better. The great thing about the cabins is the open air shower!

The room quality was far top-quality to anything we have seen all over India, we basically had a whole house to ourselves, with warm water and towels.

The guest home has a really handy place for those who wish to have a shopping in Colombo. It takes not a lot more 20 minute walking way to reach trade molls like the Odel or the Home of Fashion. If even not, it would be a very good location just to walk around. The owner was a friendly elderly man and people are welcome there. Our room was really neat and tidy with a huge bed. In spite of its location in one of a central part of Colombo the location is noiseless and comfortable. A two-storey home was divided into two halves, one is the owners and another is a guesthouse. The ground floor is a entrance hall with a small leafy garden when rooms for guests are on the first floor. So, guests may fell absolutely independently. I think it was a very good value for money and I can recommend the location to stay.
