The employees were really friendly and helpful. The other visitors mostly were silent and respectful of others. Its close to train station and hostel manager encouraged me to get out in evening to see a dance performance on other side of town, providing me with a map and recommending lots of places to eat. Its really clean along with the environment is relaxed.

Owner was so awesome! When we arrived he took our heavy bags 2 floors upstairs and he was really warm and friendly and welcoming. The beds are the top I have ever had in a hostel, the mattress is really thick as properly as the blankets and pillow really soft. The hostel seemed really new and everything was clean. The property owner gave us no cost towels to use. Location is good, 15 minute walk from train station and enough eating places and a cinema around the area.

Nice clean hostel midway among the railway/bus station along with center of town. Very warm and friendly owner who is extremely helpful. Great size dorm and superb WiFi.

Absolutely suggest staying here! Really warm and friendly and helpful staff, and my room (10 share mixed) was spacious and very clean. It&'s about 10 minutes from the busstation and about 10/15 walk to the city centre. No cost wireless works very fast and he staff will help you out with whatever you need.

Fong and Paul were warm and friendly and extremely helpful. They made my stay a extremely outstanding experience and helped me get to my destinations. Fong even gave me a ride to the bus station when I left. I also met some outstanding people who stayed there. I would stay there again.

Very clean and Ci-Fong, the manager, is very helpful, giving info about the surrounding areas and about the Taroko Mountains tour buses.

We had an all-round pleasing encounter at this hostel. As reflected in several of the other reviews, all employees were very friendly and assisted wherever they could. We would particularly like to thank Jean for her assistance arranging onward transport. The hostel is located in a handy location approximately 10 minutes walk from the main station, and 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Facilities are clean, fresh and as described.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff had excelent advice about traveling to Taroko which made my trip much a lot more fun. Really comfortable beds.
