The employees had limited English, however the service is excellent. The rooms are basic, but extremely clean. Sheets and towels were changed each day, room serviced daily, I was impressed with the quality for such a small price. No pool, motor bike taxi cab to the beach, 50baht offered outside the door 24/7. I loved it as it was close to everything and still a noiseless area. 711 a few doors away, open 24 hours. I will totally stay again.

Very clean, extremely friendly employees and extremely very good spot to meet individuals (the garden on the 5th floor or the reception). Great spot for individuals who travel to Patong for partying and meeting new people. We booked for 3 nights, but then stayed another 10 and were sad when we were leaving.

Lamai apartments was close enough to all of the night life for entertainment And far enough away that it was quiet during the night time in case you just wanted to stay in and chill. Room was great, always clean, fridge, tv, DVD, cable and you own personal pc, couldn&'t have asked for more, highly recommended and very good value for money.

Extended stay beyond initial booking. Bit of a hike from the down-town action but has advantage of being less costly and quieter simply because of it. Would I stay there again - You bet.

Hotel was very clean and properly kept, maids visited each and every day giving us clean towels, emptying bins, cleaning the bathroom, making the beds etc. Air con worked very properly as did the fan, tv, refrigerator etc. Safety was excellent, needed an electronic key for the front door also as a standard key for your room, with an electronic safe inside your room. Was about 15 minutes walk to the beach so you could get a decent nights sleep away from the noise of Bangla road.

Sooo clean, fantastic value for money-have tv, dvd player, fridge etc for affordable rates. Often cleaned room when wanted and supply beach towels for free! Staff v. helpful. Only thing-location is quite faraway from beach but nonetheless can walk-15mins max. Quite a trek from nightlife though but we managed! Would reccomend.
