Yuksel was super near to the Otogar and very Ýdeally located. Yuksel was very helpful and helped me arrange tours at very excellent prices. He and his staff were very friendly and helpful, Yuksel even picked me up at the bus when I arrived though it is really only a 2-3 minute walk. The price was right and the upstairs terrace where breakfast is served has a fantastic view of the town and of the balloons in the morning. Shower was hot and strong once the water warmed up.

Is great value for money, room was nice and had a balcony-and the property owner is veery helpful, arranged tour discount and airport transfer for us, it has a nice terrace to watch the balloons leaving- if there is nice weather, and few metres away from coach station and town center.

Yuksel is awesome! He is super warm and friendly and would call his buddies to get us the best prices for hot air balloon rides and other excursions. We booked a dorm but he up-graded us to a twin with a bathroom for no extra charge. He also gave us our room as soon as we arrived at 8 am. The breakfast was good. The rest of the employees were warm and friendly and welcoming. The hotel is well-located and silent at night. I extremely recommend staying here!

The owner was very warm and friendly and helpful. We got a discount for the hammam in Goreme which is a lot more expensive than average. Air condition is offered in some rooms. No cave rooms here, but seems that these are not as fresh as could possibly be thought, so Yksel was a great option. The view from the rooftop and front rooms is great. The location is perfect really close to the bus station.
