The household that run this hotel are so so gorgeous and a pleasure to talk to. I would suggest staying here for sure. it&'s in a fantastic location inside the old quarter and extremely close to everything.

The staff here were extremly friendly and really went out of their way to help customers. They organised a day trip to Ha Long Bay for us, at a wonderful price, organised our busses and transport from the airport. Even as we were leaving, they called the next hotel we were to stay at, to make sure they would be at the bus stop to pick us up. Charming hotel and people. Only a short walk from the centre of old town.

Family run, the staff are really helpful especially Ýn relation to booking excursions and onward travel (and supply more cost-effective rates for these activities than other tour companies in town). Provided transport from the station and looked right after our bags while we went on a trip to Ha Long Bay.

This hotel is situated inside the centre of Old quarter and just a walking distance to Hoankiem lake as well as the night market. Its clean as well as the employees were very cooperative. The fee here is quite reasonable, but the most outstanding advantage of the hotel is the services delivered by these staffs. I received a lot of valuable from their considerable advice and I therefore really succeed in booking suitable tour to Sapa and Halong Bay. I really enjoy it and extremely appreciate my traveling.
