. Hanoi Stay Hotel is clean, comfortable and cost-effective in a old quarter in Hanoi location. The hotel is a well managed household business with helpful/ courteous staff who are keen to help inside your further travel plans and ensure your stay is comfortable and trouble free. I would extremely suggest to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Came to Hanoi for the first time, I had such a very good time staying in this city and also the hotel which I stayed made my trip so comfortable. This is Hanoi Stay Hotel -this is a wonderfully situated hotel in the centre of Hanoi. It is like a boutique hotel small and quaint with a extremely cozy feel. The staff provided superior service and always with a smile. Rooms were clean and extremely huge considering the price, and they came with a flat screen TV with selection of channels. This is a small restaurant in this hotel and in the morning, I will have a very good breakfast (Vietnam traditional food and European food) and one thing specially it free. Would definitely recommend to buddies and household and I would hopefully like to pay a visit to this city again!

Would really recommend this hotel. Its in a great location with restaurants near by. 2 mins from the lake. Extremely clean and a great shower (Strange thing to comment on but following a long day touring around its crucial to me) Finest feature is the hotel staff! Courteous friendly and great at speaking English, plus just drop them an email and they will pick you up at the airport and organise tours and help with forward bookings of other things which was great to have a local with local knowledge on your side!

Apon my arrival, ( After being picked up with a fun motorbike ride (:. i was greated by such pretty kind and caring hotel staff, immediately my bags were taken to my room with ought any discussion and i was welcomed with a nice cup of warm tea and offered some suggestions on different tours to do. i was just so supprised by the fantastic service and also the happpy smiles all around i did some tours here and also some visa extensions and everything was done to best of there ability, welll done Hanoi Stay Hotel. i shall reccomend this hotel to future travelers from a happpy traveller as you all call me. Happy Travel.
