This is very excellent hotel. It is situated in the city center the hotel room is very nice, with balcony, window and totally equipped. as: dressing table, hair dryer, working table. breakfast was delicious, the service personnel were very friendly and helpful. This is a excellent choice for me. I will come back here if given the chance next time.

The hotel was very clean. Big room with balcony, The room and bathroom was well prepared and clean enough to satisfy the highest standards. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful pointing us to the right locations for shopping and sight seeing as well as giving us advice on where/how to barter with the Vietnamese and which places to avoid/ which restaurants to go to. They have welcome drink when you check -in. It's generally good hotel

The Hanoi Wing hotel situated in a fantastic location handy to every thing you need and has a high standard of exceptional service. The rooms are clean and tidy. . We have booked this hotel only 1 night but we have extended 4 nights more at Hanoi Wing Hotel. It's a good and reasonably priced hotel located in Old Hanoi not far away from the lake. The rooms are clean (TV, AC, Hot Water) and you get free internet and breakfast. Their travel agency has very competitive price, we booked two amazing tours to Halong Bay to Sapa trekking. The staff was very nice to us, Mike the manager even offered flowers for my wife's birthday!

My friends and me satisfied to stay in this hotel, namely when we were looking for a local tourist guide, the hotel's staff was very patient to answer all our enquiries even request the best deal for the tour guide. They also chose a great private tour for us with humbly and friendly tour guide, so that we could have an experience to understand local life style. It was amazing, since it occurred by chance

I had a great time stayed at the Hanoi Wing hotel. It is a classic boutique hotel. Fantastic staff, it is small enough to take care of all my tour travel arrangements and my personal needs, but massive enough to give me a room to roam with a budget price.
