The employees did everything they could to create our stay enjoyable. The location was inside the centre of the activity inside the old component of town and the marketplace and an straightforward and low-cost taxi ride to most attractions. The room (when we finally got it) was adequate.

The staff is extremely helpful, and is what makes this place. There's also breakfast included - your choice - with coffee/tea. (My suggestion: get the coffee with condensed milk. ) The rooms are quite basic and clean. Most of all, it is cheap but the staff is what makes it a good value.

The staff were very friendly and very obliging to help in any way such as booking an excellent day trip to Halong Bay and giving advice on restaurants. The hostel is very central to everything. Rooms are spacious with Wifi, Ac and Hot water in the room. A very good option if your on a budget. I 'll be back.

Very, very friendly staff! They speak very great English. They booked us for a two-night, three-day trip to Halong Bay (which was very nice) and they also booked us a night bus from HaNoi to HoiAn - each for a very reasonable price. The Staff was very serviced-oriented; they gave us great tips where to create shopping and where are the finest restaurants. They also let us left our luggage there for a day without extra cost! Breakfast was also good. And, when we came back from Halong Bay - this hotel was entirely booked but the staff booked us one night from other Hanoi Lucky Hotel - this was exceptional service!

Sorry for any lower rating. But We Love this Hostel so much, . We loved the location of the hotel which is inside the Old Quarter and near to the lake and Church. There are several cafes close by. The street was a nice noiseless one for this city. We felt extremely comfortable walking around the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We loved the scale of the place, small and appeared to be household run. Outstanding breakfast supplied. We booked tours through them which was great. Less expensive cost guarantee.
