The employees were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Genuinely interested in what we were up to and how we were getting on - and we had a fantastic laugh with the gals. Location was spot on - slap bang inside the middle of the buzzing old quarter. Decent sized rooms. Breakfast was ok. In all, pretty great value. We booked Halong Bay through the travel agent at the front, and it was a delightful experience.

Excellent value for money. Hotel contacted us soon after booking to provide transport services and tour bookings. We arranged a pick up from the airport and booked a Halong bay 2 night tour through them at the same time once we&'d arrived and had a look round. Location is superb - inside the Old quarter. Breakfast was included - fried egg, baguette and tea/coffee.
