All members of employees were very helpful. Breakfast was great and included inside the price. We arrived 40mins early to the airport and our arranged pick up was already there. Even though we arrived at 7am we were shown to our room which was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was great - very very good shower. They looked after our bags whilst we went to Halong Bay and we felt very secure about this. They also allowed us to hang out all evening before catching our train.

We love the Sans souci hotel. This is our second take a look at and we are merely as happy as we were the first time. The employees are so friendly, helpful and welcoming that it is a pleasure to stay here and a sorrow to leave. The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed with a hair dryer and a safe for valuables. If we can, we will definitely be back

Superb room, spotless && brand-new. All for a cost of $6. 00/bed inc. breakfast. Thats a hard-to-miss deal in Hanoi. Superb location and very useful staff! Not a lot of backpackers hostel supply their own map which is both informative and helpful with lots of local tips. Definitely recommending to buddies who wish to take a look at Hanoi. The city exactly where East meets West in a Vietnamese context!
