Stayed at Thaison Palace Hotel last weekend and would recommend this hotel to anyone who look for budget hotel with nice/ clean room and friendly staff. It is perfectly located only 5 mins walk from Hoankiem Lake and near to so many places of interest. The room was really specious, clean, warm and comfortable. Staffs were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was All around, I was really happy with this hotel and would come back again in a heartbeat!.

We were confident to rate this hotel 10/10 simply because we found this hotel excellent and It is perfectly situated only 5 mins walk from Hoankiem Lake and close to so numerous places of interest. The room was extremely specious, clean, warm and comfy excellent. Employees were so nice and so kind. We had a extremely excellent hotel in Hanoi and thanks so much Thaison Palace! We booked Halong Bay trip on Eclipse Cruise via this hotel along with the tour to Ninh Binh as well. Each were extremely good and cheap price.

This is a gem of a property in Hanoi, situated on the edge of the old quarter. Staff were very useful and generous with their time and ideas. The room we had, had a wonderful shower with a full flow of water and it was piping hot, and no water spilled out onto the floor inside the bathroom as other hotel bathrooms had on our trip of 3 weeks in Vietnam. The air con actually worked as well. Breakfast was far more than adequate with a variety of Asian and western food on offer. This was a spot we looked forward to going back to after a day of walking the old quarter.

Good ambience; extremely courteous staff. Breakfast spread was impressive and quite tasty. Room was clean and cosy and nicely cleaned each day. Bed was comfortable, TV was big, Fridge was ice cold. Great location as it is near to everything, great Hotel Thaison Grand!

It was in a very convenient location. The room I had was very nicely equipped with a very comfortable double bed, kettle and fridge. The TV had great reception with lots of English language channels like National Geographic, Discovery, Animal Planet, HBO, TLC, Star Movies, AXN etc. The stafff were very helpful.
