It is located just off of the primary street on a little alley so it is really quiet. everything is really modern, clean and nice.

Staff is amazing! They bought train tickets for us from their own money, as I kindly asked them via e-mail. They woke up at 5 o clock in the morning to prepare us breakfast, as we were leaving really early. Facilities extraordinary. Hotel with personality. Couldn&'&'t recomend it more.

The employees is really warm and friendly and helpful. They speak really outstanding English and come with quick solutions for every single question you might have. Clean room and outstanding Wi-Fi. Location is fantastic as well, quite near the citadel but hidden in a calm alley.

It&'s a small comfortable hotel with truly awesome and helpful staff. When you arrive you are treated to some fruits, juice and cold towels which is amazing when you&'re tired right after a bus journey.

Good spacious double bedroom. With TV and bathroom. And refrigerator too! The employees were so so helpful with everything. And were always smiling and really welcoming. They offered us a day tour of all the sights and helped us book our train ticket to Nha Trang. When I didn&'t like the breakfast they prepared me one thing that wasn&'t on the menu. Often wanting to help. They also sent us off on our train journey with a fee massive bottle of water.

This really is a hotel with a personality of its own from the trendy design and art work adorning each and every wall in the reception breakfast room to the lovely furniture in the rooms. The staff were genuinely exceptional, they honestly could not have done anything far more to make our stay better. They were so warm and friendly and helpful from the moment we got there, each and every time we returned there would be a fresh drink made for us with a plate of delicious fruit and conversation about how our day had been. The breakfast was fantastic, lovely omelettes fruit juice, and toast with passion fruit jam. HueNino is fantastic value for money and if we ever return to Hue we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a fantastic visit!

The Huenino Hotel was really lovely and one of the most effective hotels we stayed in during our whole holiday. Which is mostly due to the fact of the lovely staff - the hotel is owned by a family - who will do everything to make you really feel welcome and at home. This includes helpful hints on exactly where to go, a free breakfast to welcome you after your arrival (as we received) or just some fresh juice when you come back at night. The rooms are nicely furnished and you see lovely details everywhere. Everything is really clean and well, I can only recommend this place!
