Staff was quite nice, and they do provide a free breakfast that they don't advertise, so check that out when you arrive. We only found out on our last night there.

It does have great location being 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to a busy street of restaurants etc.

Golden Hotel is a nice place with an excellent location. It is very near to the bus drop off point from Saigon (10 minute walk). Staff were friendly and accomodating and are helpful in booking flights, hotels, etc inside your next location.

This was the greatest hotel we stayed during our three weeks in Vietnam. Since we travelled with backpacks we looked for a decent hotel with excellent standard but with a reasonable price. We extended our stay from one night to nine night at this hotel. The hotel is situated inside center of the traveller area of Nha Trang. A little bit noisy inside the night but acceptable. The beach is within very near to the hotel, approx 5 minutes. We were three adults inside the double room but still spacious and very clean. The room was cleaned each and every day. The employees was very kind and helped us with our questions or if some thing were missing. It was really excellent value for the money and I can warmly recommed this hotel.

The property was as described. It was good for a hotel that cost about $27 Australian to stay at for a single room. The cleaning girls are very thorough and friendly. A few of the things were broken in my room like the hot water to the sink but i just used the shower hose. I probably could have got them to fix it but couldn't be bothered as i only used it a couple of times. It is very nicely located in Nha Trang just one street and a few hundred metres from the main beach area.

So good for the quality of facilities and services. Much greater than any other 2-3 stars hotel we have stayed in Vietnam so far. We will certainly go back to the Golden Hotel next time
