The room was clean and comfortable - even for a family with 2 very young children, and it looked great. The employees were really friendly and helpful. The optional breakfast was really good. The Conway Old Town is a few minutes&' wlak away. The laundry/dying room was really useful too. But what really sets this hostel apart is the sights from the lounges - they are breathtaking!

Very inexpensive out of season and stunning dining hall (for the view). Nice facilites and very friendly staff. Location is a bit up the hill, but also enjoys a nice view on Conwy.

The staff especially the deputy manager. The points of interest were beautiful along with the facilities were up to standard.

It has had a major revamp since I was last here 3 years ago and now for the most component must be one of the very best hostels in Britain. The rooms are some of the very best Ive seen with properly designed bunks, new fittings and all ensuited. The eatery is not backpacker inexpensive but is great value with the food generously portioned. The scenery from the spot are great.
