The property is overall appealing along with the zebras roaming around add a nice touch. Staff are mostly warm and friendly and try to please. Pictures found on other websites might be a little bit flattering, keep anticipations modest.

The environment:nature. The staff is friendly. The lodge is expanding: this is promising.

The staff are very welcoming and make you feel right at home. They instantly make you feel like a part of the family and do all that they can to ensure that you have a great time while in Zambia. In fact, I came down with the flu while on vacation (which can be scary in a foreign country) and the owner went out of his way to see that I was taken care of and even made several natural home remedies using fruit grown on the hotel grounds to help cure my cough. Great experience.

The staff were very freindly and always willing to help and provide advice! The only bad thing i can say is that it is a bit far out of the town, as all the other hostels were in a central location, but everything else was good
