The location is fantastic, The room is clean and has lots of character, warm and friendly owner and It feels like in your own home, excellent value for money!

Very warm and friendly and helpful staff, we had to check in late due to attending a wedding nearby, employees were really accomodating about it all which made our stay really relaxing and the whole transaction was really easy. Stunning old well-kept building, will stay here again.

This location was a fab little bit of deluxe for us right after spending 2 years in hostels. We had a beautiful giant sleigh bed and think we were the only guests at that time so had access to all kitchen facilities. The location was also extremely central as well as the owner although we met only briefly seemed extremely friendly. Would adore to stay again

This spot was a fab little bit of luxury for us right after spending 2 years in hostels. We had a pretty giant sleigh bed and think we were the only guests at that time so had access to all cooking area facilities. The spot was also extremely central and also the property owner although we met only briefly seemed extremely friendly. Would adore to stay again

Good condition 2 storey period building, right inside the middle of Geelong. Not a hostel but a B && B. Ok self serve breafast, (just cerial toast fruit etc). Clean. Small TV, huge DVD collection. Heater good, shower hot && clean. I had whole location to self, maybe polish timber boards could be noisy
