Friendly staff - Mickey was able to book transport to Port Douglas, and rang around a number of different places to try to discover me a hire car. Outstanding service.

I&'ve never had such a wonderful and clean cooking area in a hostel. Bus shuttle to the shopping centre was really superb and helpful. Felt really well.

The staff at reception helen, emma and micky are very nice, warm and friendly and helpful. The overall environment is friendly, with a lot of places for social. Large and nice kitchen.

The whole set up and design was lovely. Plenty of space to hang out and meet other people too. Rooms were fantastic and all the facilities too!
