A wonderful place with very friendly staff! If you want to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of wildlife (possums, birds etc) and the smell of eucalyptus trees and perhaps see some koalas and kangaroos, this is the place to go!

I liked the location, the natural architectue and the atmosphere, especially the breafast with a kangoroo. wild coalas and possums live there. it's only 5 min. to the great one mile beach (nice surf beach). the dune at anna bay is a must to see.

Wonderful place, Kangoroos and Koalas at your doorstep, perfect beach for surfing, amazingly friendly and helpful staff, will definitely come back!

It is not a traditionel hostel with its position in the "forrest". Buildings fit naturally in the enviroment.

Pete & Janette were great hosts, the hostel is so fun and heaps of people to meet. It's just a short walk to the beach, and the wildlife is great as well.

The staff was amazing. They helped in every way possible. The owner pointed us in the right direction for sightseeing, and even took us into town because we missed the bus. He watched over us (two girls) like we were his daughters.
