The friendliness of the staff and also the enjoyable atmosphere. Fiona especially was the best. She is super warm and friendly and has a lively personality. For a really excellent cost we had a double room with ensuite, fridge, Sky TV and kettle/toaster etc - excellent value. The decor in the room was quite modern day as well. |

Had booked a double w/ shared bathroom but placed in an ensuite, brilliant! Following a few weeks in dorms this was like staying in a hotel with own tv, fridge, bathroom etc. Extremely warm and friendly welcome. Only stopped over in Hamilton for the night but a excellent place for a great nights sle |

The toilet and bathroom inside the room are both extremely clean, and there&'s a TV inside the room! There are 2 huge food marketplaces nearby. |
