I had over night bus next day of my stay. This hostel not only let me keep my baggage there, but also allow me to use all facilities without charge. Really generous.

Maya, the receptionist, was extremely helpful! She gave us the most helpful suggestions, allowed us to leave our backpacks inside the hostel when we went on our 2 day trip to Slovenia and called us a taxi cab to the airport on our last day. She was really friendly and it was a pleasure to stay in this hostel. It was really clean, there were 2 bath rooms so using the toilets was never an issue. THe location was also really well-designed - they even used a passcode to open/close the principal door to the hostel which was really cool

I remember step Maya as extremely kind and friendly. Hostel room is clean and comportable~ If I go to Zagreb again, sleep in this hostel again^^

The girl on reception, Maja, and her pretty puppy Nika were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hostel is nice and silent but only a stone&'s throw from Trg Bana Jelacic. Very clean and warm.

Super close to everything - 5 min walk from the train station and nearby from cafes, pubs etc. Really beautiful staff. Chilled out atmosphere. Great place!

The staff lady was extremely friendly and pointed out all of the different spots for us to check out. She even let us stay inside the hostel while she was out and we weren&'t sure if we were yet staying another night or not.

Very friendly, patient and helpful staff. Generous employees they have provided as much info for their travellers as they can. On few occasions I was offered with freshly brewed coffee and cooked food of them. Yummy!. At all time really sweet, nice and communicative girls. Anyone who&'s going to have a look at Zagreb, there is no doubt this is the most recommended hostel inside the city.
