It&'s extremely nice to stay here because I can cook some food by myself and it&'s really extremely close to the rail station.

It is a extremely nice location to stay. Really clean and welcoming. First it is a bit strange that there is certainly no staff, but I think it works and it is extremely nice that the owner trusts individuals like this. There are lot of leaflets and info about walking routes nearby, and everything is provided to have an excellent time here.

I didn&'t know what to expect for &xa3;15. 50 a night and was pleasantly surprised. The 4 people room (room 3, 2 bunk beds) we were in was clean and tidy with nice bedding provided. If you didn&'t desire to use the either of the showers which are shared, there is a small sink inside the room which can be used to get a swill.

Nice and warm. Rooms are basic and clean. Great location in the middle of Windermere effortless walk to Bowness.

The location of the hostel was superb! It&'s just around the corner from the train station and fairly effortless to locate. The traveller info centre is just across the street. The whole place is rather quiet and cosy, but the principal reason possibly would be that it&'s the off-peak season right now.

It&'s close to the station and effortless to find, with a grocer nearby, along with the TIC. There&'s a cooking area and washing facilities, and no cost wifi. The bathroom was clean along with the room was OK. I was the only one in it for various nights but it could have been quite cramped if there had been 6 people. Tea and Coffee available. Good heating.

It&'s in a exceptional location by the train station and there was a kitchen so we could cook our own meals. The bathroom was exceptional to.
