Location, location, location - so close to Hauptbahnhof. Lockable drawers under bed large enough for backpack. Nice staff. Secure swipe card access to everything. Nice bar/communal area with no cost WiFi.

It was a lot more of a hotel than a hostel, though I did stay in a twin room instead of a large dorm room. I chose it for it&'s location which is right close to the major station. The staff were polite when checking in, and I had no further need to contact them other than when I checked out.

It was clean and new. I enjoyed the mix in between hotel and hostel - having benefits of both types of accomodation.

Very great services, it is located besides primary train station, maybe faraway from center town, but it&s usefull to walk and to know the city, dark and cold the return inside the night, but safe. and the finest you don&t have to pay taxi cab to go to train station, you just walk a few steps and there is!

Could only check in at 3, but the staff was very nice about it and tried to settle us in asap by checking us in so we could go straight to the room right after 3pm. toilet was really clean. fantastic factor for me since dirty toilets are a massive turn off for me. the wifi within the entrance hall is pretty good. and the entrance hall is really large so u wont nid to wry abt having no internet. breakfast is 5. 5 euros but web in ur room comes with it, so do check with the staff there. location is fantastic because it is really just outside the doors of berlin hbf. however, it is some distance to the nearest attraction, parliament building, so be prepared to walk or cycle! :) if in doubt, take the s or u bahn, takes u everywhere that u wan to be in berlin! last thing i like, theres free tours! just be at the entrance hall at 1030am within the morning!

This was so clean and It was really well placed in town! Employees were often really helpful when I asked them a direction or something else! Breakfast nice, but quite expensive! 550!
