Betta and staff exactly where really friendly and obtainable for are needs. It was a pretty location to stay, near everything or a bus journey awa. I would gladly go there again.

It was really perfect! good location (at the limit of the walking area, it was easy to get there, and easy to park), really clean! and safe! and really helpful staff! The breakfast was really nice too! I suggest this residence!

The receptionist/owner was incredibly helpful. she suggested amazing points to see. the place was very clean and there were very comfy beds. we had our own ensuite and a television and air conditioning. it was wonderful. the continental breakfast was great and we ate it on their balcony. the location was also fairly close to the action of florence. There was no curfew either :)

The location was simple to find, only a 15 min. walk from the train station. The owner, Betta, was wonderful ! Super friendly, funny, and accomodating for the rushed traveler wanting to hit the highlights of Florence in only a few days. When we had to leave early for an all-day tour, Betta prepared breakfast earlier for us (breakfast is usually served at 8) so we wouldnt starve. We werent expecting that and we were really grateful! Betta also personally makes our espressos or cappuccinos :)
