Great place and great hostess. Loved the room and it was very clean. A bit of a hike if your walking with luggage and a small alk to town. Washing service about 10 minute walk at a stoll but don't let that take away from the great vibe and friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Elizabeth was really nice and very welcoming. She bumped us to a private double since the dorm room bathroom needed fixing - very nice. It's a bit out of the way, but worth it, since downtown is very busy and noisy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner made it feel like you were part of an Italian family. There aren't many rooms, but the facility is very well maintained and professional. Everything about this place is great. More like a hotel than a hostel. Highly recommended!

Very nice and clean place and good location. Only a 20 min walk to Duomo and center. Lady that owns it was very helpful and friendly. Internet is one laptop that they take into a room at night and staff also uses it a lot so hard to find free time on it. But a great place

A nice clean and Freindly place if you don't mind a little walk to the main tourist areas. Breakfast was a bit sparce, but at least there was coffee.

Extremely helpfull staff, a very good location, it's just 10 mins by walk from the main train station and centre with all shops, we had a nice large room, just next to the bus stop

This is the only place i would choose for staying in Florence. Even the location is not near the train station, it's still worth to stay. Cosimo is nice & helpful.
