The most best is staff, extremely pleasant and helpful people. Every single our ask has already done. It is not often to meet such a nice persons. And what was more important in Italy at winter, it was extremely warm at room (all day heating).

Really friendly stuff. Very helpful and accommodated an additional friend in our room for a minor quantity (who unexpectedly joined us). The wireless was provided free despite charges being listed. Let us use their bottle opener to appreciate some wine too.

Clean, very very good location, low priced for Milan standards. You could also try the restaurant in the building right close to the hotel: very good food, very good service, very good prices.

Very very good location - 2 metro stations 5-7 mins from the hotel, 10 minutes from the central station, exactly where all shuttles from the Bergamo airport come; friendly stuff; a market place place 5 mins from the hotel; value for money
