Everything was great, we got hot water whenever we wanted for free, we could use their microwave oven. we got everything we needed :) |

I couldnt have a room key because someone else already had it. the key is only one for each room. that was a bit inconvinient. the location was really good, you can walk to the city center and the train stations easily and there are also lots of shops near the hotel. people always walk around the hotel so its not so dangerous even at night. the staff was kind and friendly, looked chinese or other asians speaking english enough well. |

Close 2 Stazione Centrale (good from Bergamo); staff is really helpful, available all day. The hostel is so clean (there's cleaning every day). OK 4 this money. |

Too noisy to sleep. i never use single room here. they should fix internet as soon as it broken!! it was inconvenient. |

It was realtively easy to find from the central station. Our bed was really uncomfortable, the room stank of cigarette smoke and as a result everything in our bags and our clothes stank too. The bathroom door had been kicked open at one point, leaving splintered wood on the doorway. Reception spoke fairly English fairly well. Tiny tiny lift to 3rd floor was useful. |

This hostel wasnt very friendly and not condusive to meeting other travellers, no area set up for sitting and conversing, and also not able to do any washing of clothes since there was no where to hang it. wouldnt recommend if youre travelling alone and want to mix with others. |

The hostel was very clean and close to the metro station. My one complaint is that there were no lockers for passports and other valuables. |

I booked two beds with Hotel San Tomaso and my friend and I ended up getting split into two different rooms in Hotel Kennedy. Everything was fine, but it would have been nice to keep my original booking since I booked a room far in advance. |
