If what you are looking for is to socialize and meet other travellers this hostel is a great choice. It&'s honestly the hostel with the liveliest and friendliest atmosfere i&'ve been in and also the staff make a very good job in warming it up. Every evening (from 9. 30pm to midnight) some party is organized: the entrance hall is transformed with a large long table, music is turned up, and while we were there were a no cost pasta night (apparently there is also a coktails night but we didn&'t get the chance to see that one). Silence is made at midnight, so it&'s a very good thing in case you wish to rest as well. There is certainly no cost wifi (even thought it crashed sometimes) and no cost computers to use (only until midnight). You can have a nice breakfast for only 2 which was a bargain. Rather centrally located, close to Cavour metro stop and also the Forum area, also on a walking distance from Termini train station and old town. I would really suggest this spot to backpackers.

I liked everything. It was clean, the environment was amazing. Fantastic location. Cocktail everynight, and even free dinner sometimes! The kitchen was very nice and confy. You&'ve got all what you need to cook.

The location is GREAT for this price. Most of the employees is extremely very friendly. I loved the fact that it was open all night. Clean, nice kitchen and pretty nice bathrooms. I suggest this location for stay in Rome.

LOCATION: terrific STAFF: Great, warm and friendly and offered 24/7 employees BREAKFAST: 2EUR only(! ) ENTERTAINMENT: free spaghetti night, cocktail night- fantastic for socializing LOCKOUT: not bothering (sightseeing at this time) PRICE: good PEOPLE MET THERE: nice and warm and friendly IF WE ARE BACK IN ROME, FOR SURE WE WILL STAY IN IVANHOE HOSTEL (! )

Great setting and an excellent place to meet new friends. In case you are young and enjoy the nightlife and having a bit of enjoyable then you will surely have a fantastic time. The staff is really kind ans helpful. I would definitely go back if I am ever again in Rome.
