Location. It is 20 min tram ride from train station, easy access to Venice. Very nice area. Net cafe, laundrette nearby at the same time as pizza place, bank, bars for breakfast, kiosk for tram-bus ticket. Staff really nice and helpful.

The hotel was classic Venice in design and decoration. The room was a decent size and everything was pretty clean. We arrived at the hotel a little late, but we were helped right away and were able to get settled into our room and told to pay inside the morning. The receptionist was very helpful in giving advice on how to travel from Mestre to Venice using the bus system (which is pretty easy). It was also nice that everyone spoke English.

The hotel was clean. It was a very good choice since it eliminated the hassle of dragging our baggage in Venice up and down the stairs, as we saw many individuals had to do. Bus no. 4 or 4/ took us straight to Venice - about 25 minutes. The hotel had the tickets for 1. 10 euro per person, one way. The employees was friendly and extremely helpful. Lady inside the morning gave us map and told us exactly where to go and what to see. We did not have breakfast included but there is little coffee shop at the corner toward the bus, that has extremely reasonable prices. They also supply freshly squeezed orange juice. Hotel presents breakfast for 5. 00 euro per person if you choose to go that route. Some individuals had breakfast included in their price. The room was cleaned up each and every day. We did not spend much time inside the hotel - just slept there. Hotel gave us password for the wifi, which was no cost of charge. Overall extremely very good experience and we highly recommend the hotel to other travelers. (married couple of age 32 && 35)
