A really nice and peaceful room (private ensuite). Warm and friendly staff that helped us uncover an excellent restaurant. Breakfast inside the morning is basic, but adequate.

The staff were very warm and friendly and helpful. They kept the rooms and bathrooms clean. There was also a common region which lets for interaction with other travelers (which was fun).

Alex is much more responsible and friendly. He checked us in earlier than the mentioned time. Cleanness inside the Double rooms building is good. The design in that building is quite impressive when compared to the dorms building. The view from our room was excellent !

Everything! Meidany went out of his way to help us, showing us places to eat showing us on the map all the places we could pay a visit to and how to get the very best deals with water taxis. Our room was absolutley magnificent with its own balcony looking over the canal (we chose to stay in private room instead of hostel part) It was also lovely and clean. We woke up to find a lovely breakfast awaiting us in the mornings. We loved our stay and wanted to stay longer but Rome awaits us.

Great location with easy access to everywhere you would wish to pay a visit to in Venice! You can sit just outside by the canal during the night and watch the globe go by. The staff here were amazing! Extremely welcoming and helpful and they give you a lot of their time to supply advice and guidance on what&'s finest to do in Venice and other places in Italy too. The breakfast was nice and also the rooms are comfortable. Amazing atmosphere here and definite value for money, particularly considering you are in Venice! This was also my mum&'s introduction to staying in hostels and she was very happy too! We felt spoilt here in comparison to hostels of a similar price in other major cities in Italy. Would extremely recommend!

The location is perfect, effortless accessed from saint lucia station and water bus stop. the breakfast was also perfect.

Because I went there from Dany House in Florence, so I can&'t evaluate it extremely objectively. But I have to say it&'s just average, the employees is helpful but I didn&'t really feel warmly treated. And the heater didn&'t work extremely well, it&'s really cold at night. To sum up, everything is just average except for the location.

Very clean, large rooms, outstanding location from the principal touristy areas, no cost breakfast and a outstanding dinner for 5 euro. I would definitely suggest L&'Imbarcadero to anyone looking for very good value accommodation in Venice!
