The price is really cheap and the place is well equipped from inside, however safety is more important. Every time while approaching the "hostel" were worried not to get into trouble while walking along old wooden slums. The owner of the place however is a really nice and friendly person, who was ready to help at any time.

This place was great. Its a lovely guy renting out his 2 spare rooms to travellers. He was most helpful & very friendly. Great location to centre & great value.

The location is rather far from bus and train station. For travellers who don't want to see only old town area, who don't mind walking, who aren't afraid of dogs barking at you, who don't like party and too many strangers staying with you, Absina isn't a bad choice. A nearby traditional market is worth taking a look, too.
