Forgot that I booked a private double. Turns out that they&'re on the ground floor of the for level building with no lift. I rolled my ankle, so that was a blessing. Wireless good, sometimes a bit patchy. Employees very friendly and helpful. Very clean.

I liked pretty much everything about this place. If you are searching for a location to crash in KK, then you won&'t go wrong with here. Our room was spotless and everything from the wireless to the breakfast was great.

The private rooms with shared bathroom which I stayed in were spotless and comfortable--clean beds, ceiling fans, study, closet and air-conditioning. The rooms also came with bathroom/bedroom slippers. The toilet and shower were always clean and dry. Cleaners actually came into our rooms to clean up and make the beds!

The female employees were helpful and friendly. They were pleased to help us arrange taxis to the airport, book further tours or travels and spoke extremely very good english. It was clean. The breakfast consists of toast, tea and coffee and bananas. Far more than what I am used to in many hostel/guesthouses. and you ccould have more in case you wanted. The location was very good - not faraway from the seafront, night market and cinema complexes in case you fancied a getaway when it is raining. But it was also quiet.

Excellent location minutes from the night marketplace and other attractions. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, and really very clean rooms.
