The employees were helpful and friendly and there was always a safety guard in the lobby who also escorted me to a massage organised through the hotel. There is a post office on site along with the lady was very helpful sending a package to the UK, despite our limited Spanish she was very patient an |

Had an excellent stay here, arrived early and room ready, lovely massive room with remarkable showers and most comfortable bed we have had so far in south america. television etc was lovely, far more like a hotel. location fantastic too. definitely recommend! |
