The staff were extremely friendly and quick to answer all inquiries we had about the hotel as properly as the area. As well, the setting of the hotel is extremely picturesque. We would definitely recommend the Hotel Bad Serneus.

Outstanding location, encompassed by the (snow-topped) Swiss Alps. Do not hesitate if you're looking for a calming holiday within the mountains. Extremely recommended.

Superb location, surrounded by the (snow-topped) Swiss Alps. Do not hesitate if you&'re looking for a restful holiday in the mountains. Highly recommended.
