Great hotel with fantastic employees whose english is very good. Trips on offer at the hotel are very excellent too. Room was fantastic with a nice double bed and overall it was a room which was excellent enough to spend a day in if the weather is bad, which can not be said for most other hotels and hostels in this cost range! Overall a great hotel enabling me to enjoy Hanoi to the most!

We were here for a few days and booked 2 different tours through them. When deciding on tours the employees were very useful with our question. They went beyond our expectations in term of service even providing a room to shower and sleep in on getting back from a tour at 5. 00am. The accommodation was what we wanted and also the breakfast perfect too. Kelvin and his employees made our stay extremely memorable and enjoyable and i would suggest Hanoi phoenix Hotel to anyone to traveling to Hanoi and upon my return. Hanoi Phoenix Hotel was most likely the very best choice I made during my entire trip through Vietnam. I was welcomed with the very best breakfast! (The banana pancakes are just the best, make sure you do try them! ) The staff Kelvin, Cathy were outstanding. In case you wanna do days trip, book through them, they help with everything you ask for. The rooms are spacious and everything is nice and clean. I can just say, I loved it!

Large and clean rooms, the employees were really friendly and helpful. We even booked our Halong bay tour with them, the weather was crap but the boat was fantastic and the hotel kept our bags whilst we were away.

Reasonable location in the middle of the Old Quarter and a short walk from Hoan Kiem lake. The staff are all extremely warm and friendly as nicely as the included breakfast is usually good. The hotel itself is noiseless despite the road-noise outside as nicely as the rooms are comfortable.
