The warm and friendly but &'take no shit&' British girl, Laura, was the only excellent component of this roach motel experience. She was the ONLY excellent part. Repeat. Please commend this woman on her friendliness!

Amazing place! It&'s been the 14th time back to the palace and each time I&'m lovin it. The setting and the awesome people I meet each time brings me back to &"my home&"! Friendly stuff, a lot of nice theme parties going on each time and brilliant location! Defenatly the greatest Hostel I ever stayed in in Australia! Often Recommended to everyone and often will do!

Nothing much. They need to spend time and effort and invest some money inside the place. I believe i have only stopped in one worse hostel. Guys get your act together.
