Very friendly and helpful staff. Also liked the no cost breakfast and availability of 2 computers with no cost internet access. The proximity to Southern Cross station was also a definite plus!

There was a great environment and vibe about the place. But in saying that, it felt like with all of the regulars that stay there, you were kind of an outcast and wasn&'t an exactly welcoming feeling.

I have enjoyed with other travellers in common space. no cost breakfast no cost wireless very good employees very good room mates very good location resonable cost very good japanese caligraphy on the wall I come back again next year.

The location is really great. All travelers in there are also friendly, they share their travel encounter kindly. U may also use free wireless in ground floor, however the PowerPoints for laptop were not enought. Nice staff, nice breakfast!

Great, spacious rooms and a nice location downstairs by the cooking area and sitting area. Also extremely close to Southern Cross station.
