The location is absolutely fantastic with the beach a minutes walk away. The Hostel itself has a great environment with plenty of areas to relax and be social.

The location was excellent, the employees were very warm and friendly and helpful. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were old but clean and I did not see a single cockroach inside the entire week I was there, which really impressed me

Family room was extremely spacious with a double bed and bunk beds. Gorgeous balcony. Tea and coffee making facilities. Staff vary helpful. Hostel location and cost excellent. Would suggest this hostel to backpackers of all ages.

Eventhough they did not receive my booking on time and that they were suposed to be full, I had this fantastic night manager who could locate me a room.

This location was terrible. Easily the worst location Ive stayed (and ive stayed in some pretty bad places), especially considering the price! The rooms are extremely dirty, sheets smell bad, rooms have extremely poor ventilation- and no ac, only 1 tiny floor fan for the entire 10 bed room. Have a look at is early-10 and you lose your deposit if you are even 1 minute late. The manly location is nice, but gets old fast. On top of this the employees confiscates any alcohol found inside the rooms and you are not allowed to drink in them. Extremely loud at night, but not in a great way. Bath rooms are in poor condition as properly as the majority of the time, not stocked with toilet paper. Most everyone here is long term and either French or Swiss and/or studying an English program near by. Some of these students are extremely friendly, but otherwise, individuals mostly keep to themselves or smoke on the balcony. Unless you are desperate for a place, there is certainly no reason to stay at this dump.
