The location - not too faraway from Alexander plaatz Transport- tram stop literally out the front with frequent trams The breakfast buffet - great variety including fruit, yogurt, cereal, rolls, meat, cheeses, waffles etc Bed - pretty cozy Staff - warm and friendly and helpful! (We requested a double instead of the probable twin bed as we were on our honeymoon along with the gentleman at the front had done his finest to accommodate our request that day which was fantastic as it worked out) Wifi - great but not great

Large, bright, clean, pleasant rooms. Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast served until 12. Warm and friendly staff. Great location 10 minutes walk or a short tram ride from Alexanderplatz, and walkable to bars && eating places of Prenzlauer Berg.

We really loved Alex Hotel! Great value for money. The room was spacious, clean and had a cooking area area. The staff were delightful and always there to help. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The locality of the Hotel was great. The tram stop which takes you into Alexanderplatz is literally less than 30 seconds from the Hotel. I would defintely stay again next time I visit Berlin.

This was one of the extremely best hostels stayed in during our trip around Europe, extremely clean, and modern, with very good location beside tram line, easy to get into centre

Location good but you could be closer to Alexanderplatz but Tram line outside compensates for that. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was quite good. Receptionist working at night was extremely good.
