The greatest thing about this hostel it&'s it&'s location. Within 5 mins there&'s 4 coffee shops, Burker King, McDonalds, Wok 2 Go, ATMs, Bureu de Exchange, A lot of Local Eating places and right close to Leiseplein Square - which has lots of decent pubs for a drink. It really has everything in one place, but it in a excellent location for exploring. The Red light area is a 15minute walk south, the Museums 15minutes north. The rooms we&'re like a UK BnB only cleaner. We booked two rooms. Ours didn&'t have a window but when speaking to staff they established a corner door in our room to a window - but it&'s shared with the room nearby - so only one gets the window (unless your buddies are inside the next room). Room 4 this was. The other room we booked was a little larger than our and had a normal window. I think the only thing the rooms we&'re missin (maybe just an English thing) is a kettle and brewing up material. It had beds, toilet and shower - enough for a 2 day stay. The reception is 24 hour and doors locked right after a certain time that only receptionist open - sort of vets out anybody who shouldn&'t be inside the hotel making it a bit far more secure. Parking is really easy and close by, if you&'ve got a spare 45 euro a day. All in all a fantastic place - we will return.

This property was fantastic location wise, effortless to get to and from and inside the middle of places to eat which seeing as the cooking area only had a microwave and a kettle was very important. Amsterdam is expensive so for what you pay in comparison to some others it&'s not too bad and each room had a bathroom.

Great accommodation. Its near to everywhere because it situated in Leidseplein, The staff is really helpful and warm and friendly and they are always willing to help you with tips about the city. The Breakfast is Free! WiFi! and the Lobby area is a nice location to chill out.

First of all, shout out to the staff and management: properly done on your high standard of service! Thanks a lot all for being so warm and friendly and helpful also as securing my belongings so carefully. As far as facilities, the reception room has fantastic character and comfort, and was an awesome place to relax out and organize the daily (and nightly) Amsterdam adventures! The breakfast and coffee was a NICE bonus to those clean rooms! Thanks guys you really know how to show the very best of Amsterdam never forget :) Awesome value! Two thumbs up :)

The location was perfect for us. Just outside the city center, but inside walking distance from most significant sites. It was sorrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. Really affordable, and open 24 hours. The employees was also extremely friendly.

Better than I expected. we (4 girls) signed up for a 10 person mixed dorm and got our own room with two bunk beds and shared a shower and toilet with 3 other rooms. The door to our roomed locked so there was no need for individual storage lockers. It&s in a really very good place for night-life as it&s right around a TON of eating places and bars. Breakfast was mediocre, just coffee and bread (no toaster) with jam and peanut butter but it&s greater than nothing. there&s somebody by the desk all the time and they were extremely helpful in asking for directions
