There was a MRT station close by. The staff was helpful and kind. We had the chance to shower ahead of our room was no cost for us. We were also told that we could leave our stuff there on our last day in Singapore and then just pick them up on our way to the airport inside the evening. No bugs or such inside the bed is often a large plus!

We actually stayed at the newer place 2 doors down. The place was kept very clean by a cleaning lady who was very friendly. The guy at the front counter was also very helpful and very accomodating. We stayed at 4-bed dorm which we had to ourselves due to the fact there were 4 of us. The bunkbeds were quite comfortable though it shook a bit if someone on the top bunks climbed up/down. The room was quite spacious and also the a/c was cold. A common location in front had tables and chairs and a spacious breakfast counter with utensils you could use. Showers were clean. The place is also secure as there is an electronic lock.
