Best hotel does not have charm and no exstra facilities - but it is clean and simple. And cheap! It is in Down-town so it is noisy and not the very best hood. We stayed in SF for 3 weeks and returned at Tvis hotel inside the end due to the fact er needed some thing clean and affordable for the last days.
