I wasn&'t expecting luxury, so was extremely happy with the state of the property. Extremely nicely organised, warm and friendly staff, clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good (toast + oatmeal + fruit + coffee) and there was plenty to do with organised activities, a movie room, lounge, books etc.

The setting is wonderful, calm yet near to many attractions. The staff are very helpful yet not totally informed of local events, as an example they were unaware of the Carnival procession in Mission yesterday even though this is an annual event. Several visitors said they would have gone had they been told of it. The facilities are good, a dollar for washing is outstanding value. The cafe serves good basic food or there is certainly a huge cooking area if you want to cook. The bunk beds are comfortable but the ladder to the top bunk requires you to have long legs and to be sober.

Location is spectacular, sights from the garden over the bay to golden gate bridge and Alcatraz. Spectacular.

The location is breathtaking along with the view over breakfast is hard to beat. The girl at reception was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen has wonderful facilities and selection. Nice hot shower. Wonderful spacious lounge area.

I like simply everything, location is good, very peaceful. Employees is very helpful, friendly and cheerful, we stayed only 3 days but soon after a long day when we got back here, it was like getting home :)

I loved the proximity to the Presidio as nicely as the bicycle trails. I also appreciate the secure room to store my bicycle. The staff, kitchens, bedrooms, and other visitors were all fantastic.
