It had a really very good setting along with the room sizes were good. It was in a very good location with regards to getting to the shops, there isnt much to o in alice though

They allow us to leave the baggage and on the way back from the Rock Tour before leaving it was probable to shower iven if we were not guests anymore. . nice common region

Location. Close to the city, 10 minutes walk. Even though it is 8 bed room, large enough to set our luggages. No problem about safety.

The people who work there are extremely warm and friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge and clean and have there own toilet and shower. It was a close walk to the city center and we got some free drinks at bars simply because they have free drink vouchers, just ask at reception.

Free shuttle bus from the airport, no cost breakfast and nice rooms. Location is great too. Reception closes at 8 pm already, which is unconvenient. However, staff kindly organised my late check-in soon after a trip, thanks for that! Many tour adds, so you can book tours from here, can be a lot more expensive to book from somewhere else. Also many tour companies near Haven. Each bed has it&'s own night light which is good.

Room was decent, i liked that there were facilities like washing machine, pool, kitchen, vending machines etc. Bed was quite comfortable!
