The employees was very friendly and always tried to help me. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels in Cuba as well as the employees never was as friendly as the employees of hotel Colina.

Typical Cuban state hotel. Extremely basic but they are all the same!

Especially the practical help I got when I needed an adapter for my telephone. The hotel didn't have an adapter, but a very helpful and skilled man constructed an adapter in a few minutes, and it worked!
