Great location by East Side Gallery, great transport links and near trendy area with nice restaurants. Exceptional buffet breakfast included and friendly English-speaking staff. I would happily go back.

The employees were very warm and friendly and helpful. My room overlooded the Berlin Wall. Bathroom facilites were good.

Directly opposite the east side gallery (ie the wall! ) great location with fantastic eating places and bars down the road in Kreuzberg. And well serviced by public transport. Free of charge fantastic buffet breakfast each morning. Room was services/cleaned each day and was great size (especially bathroom) and comfortable. Friendliness and willingness of employees to assist with your stay. 24 hour reception. Calm nature of the hotel. There is certainly a hotel bar. Very good price.
