Hotel and room is clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is good. Many car park space and good for tourist come by own car. Very close to the bus stop take bus to Venice. The location showed from hotel introduction is not correct, it should be around 500 meters more downward. 3 persons room is a bit small, it is a standard room for 2 persons, just put one more bed on the room. Anyway, the price is really OK.

Good 3 star hotel located 10 min by bus from Venice. Bus station is outside of the hotel. Free and safe parking, clean rooms and friendly staff, I recommend this hotel.

Out of the way, staff not very friendly. , lots of bus tours coming through making it hard to get your breakfast.
