I made 4 night reservation but I had to leave on 2nd day, because I had 97 bug bites during stay. and I ended up to spend more money for medicines. I showed my bug bite all over my body, but I get no refund. air condition broke down on 2nd day, and they said, you don't turned off in a morning that's the reason, , , , , , , , Hey, I stayed only night before, how will I know I had to turn off the air, and what time A light bulb are gone out of two, and I mention that to front desk but never lighted. After 6days, I still suffering eachness, I wish I can show you the photo of the bites. |

Muy buena localizacion, en medio del Triangulo dorado por un precio mas que correcto. Lo mantienen muy limpio, y la gente es amistosa (como en general todos los malasios!). Muy recomendable! |

Excellent location, right in Bukit Bintang, although in a grimey backstreet. Was a really cute place with great atmosphere. Breakfast was in a lovely family style kitchen with toast, jam, tea & coffee (self service). Could have been a really good stay but private rooms were not cleaned once and the mattress needed throwing in the skip as it was extremely uncomfortable. |

The long-term staff are great - very helpful. Location's pretty decent, a short walk from the monorail, shops and towers. Free wi-fi and 24-hour reception which is ideal with the odd times of buses arriving in KL. |

Good central location, but obviously has bed bugs as I left covered in bites. Most of the beds in my dorm were broken, and it wasn't a great place to meet people - I only ran into 2 other people during my stay! Staff are friendly though, and the location is central to a lot of things to see and do. |

The room was really good value for money and the owner was really nice and helpful. The location itself is a little run down but excellent for rail connections to/from the main attractions; and food if your travelling on a budget. |

This property is in a great place, close to good restaraunts, and the mono rail. We were booked to stay for one night but extended it to 3, and were offered a reduction in the room rate due to a promotion, which was great to hear. We had the double with ensuite, and it was great for our needs. Very clean, quiet, and we felt very secure. We have even booked in again for another night before our final departure from KL. |
