My second trip to Hanoi but my first time at this hotel. I initially booked here after I found my first choice was booked out, however this turned out to be quite a very good thing. The staff were pretty and really took care of me. The location is quite outstanding too, seemed to be a bit a little tucked away while nonetheless being within the center of the old quarter. Nice rooms with new amenities. I was made to really feel very comfortable.

We got much far more than what we have paid for- Everything from location, room, breakfast, services, staff, tour arrangement. . were perfect. We enjoy VietFun Hotel so much and give them 10/ 10 marks.

Amazing hotel! On arrival the manager paid for our taxi as we didn't have any Vietnam Dong. They had overbooked so we were upgraded to deluxe room for same price. The staff are so so friendly andhave loads of advice on where to eat and go around Hanoi. The hostel is in really good location, alot nicer than some of the other hostels we passed! Free breakfast every morning is fantastic. We spent ages finding a hostel online, would definitely come here again! Amazing hotel! Extremely properly presented, clean hotel, with extremely helpful, friendly staff. At least one person on the desk spoke very good English. The room was compact, but extremely clean and properly set out and had everything provided that we needed. The hotel is extremely central to most of the significant attractions in Hanoi Old City. We had a late plane to catch so they offerred a look following our baggage and even a shower ahead of we left

The Really best hostel in Vietnam, and definitely one of the top over my whole trip for the last 6 months. A place to come back again and again! Brand new hostel which means cleanness and new furnitures! Bunk beds are really good, shower as well! Really comfy! Excellent decor! As nicely as the staff is absolutely great, warm and friendly and helpful! The roof-top bar and restaurant are equally amazing! Thanks girls for the awesome time in Hanoi and the all the help
