OMG what&'s not to like soon after three weeks of freezing showers, freezing dorms, freezing everything What a pretty place, wonderful food, free and extremely nice breakfast, nice huge beds, hot water, QUIET room, all of the perks including laundry washing delivered to you on hangers and in plastic (I mean come on man), a fridge, a huge desk, elevator for those that need one, helpful and pleasing staff, please help me out here, anything else you need They change money, whatever you need. GREAT little hotel. Plus they give you spot on, excellent walking directions wherever you are going.

Nice cool reception, lift upto rooms, spacious clean room with nice bathroom. Soundproof windows to shut out the street noise. Nice Vietnamese style hotel

This is one of the top hotels I have ever used, it was immaculately clean, totally spotless you could eat off the floor and also the staff, from Jolly and also the employees on reception and also the doorman, down to the cleaners and restaurant employees were so helful and friendly, absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them, they would help you in each way they could from buying a mobile phone sim card to a crash helmet for a motor bike.

Friendly and helpful staff. they even stored our bicycles for 3 weeks while we were travelling around. all for free! good eating places nearby.

Loved it. It's better than being in the hearty of downtown. The park opposite is nice. The airconditioning is icy cool. all is good.

The rooms were big, and very clean, however location isn't ideal if you want to be near the main tourist/backpacker area. nice staff and the price was ok.
