I liked nothing in this hostel. It was the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. At the beginning they put me in 8 bed mixed dorms although I booked for 8 bed male only dorm, and then when I saw that small room, I wanted to move to 4 beds dorm with paying extra money. They put me in 4 beds dorm but day after, when I was out for visiting Moscow, they moved me to another 6 beds room without my permission. They moved also my stuffs. I stayed in that room because I didnt want to fight with them. They were very rude because when I went to hostel at that day(the day they changed my room), the staffs talked to eachother in Russian language and laughed. Also, there's neither locker nor cupboard in the rooms. It is my first time that I see a hostel without locker in the room. You have to put all your stuffs onto your bed and carry your important things with you when you are out. There is only one bathroom for a whole floor (30-40 people can stay in one floor) and even no mirror above the sink. Also, they dont give the keys of the room. When I wanted the key of my room from Russian lady who works there, she said to me " This is common room, so we can not give its key" It's my also first time I heard this in a hostel!!!! |

The location was just perfect for me. But the hostel is in development and I hope they'll become a great place when they finish. |

The coolest owner we've ever met! you'll have a lot of fun there. close to metro station, red square etc. highly recommendable! |

To be honest a think its a great place. First the staff (specially the owner) are very nice and helpfull. All the time asking if you need something, offering you tea or coffe and willing to answer any question. The location cant be better. Only a 10 blocks or less from the red square and 4 of a huge central metro station. You have great breakfast included and bread, coffe and tea all day long. There is a vigilance guard that opens you the door downstairs and everything looks pretty safe. Its really value for money and not expensive at all if you think all the things the give you. The first time is a bit difficult to find the door but only if you arrive like me at night. During day time is really easy and ones you know where is the place it has easy access. Its not the best place for partying in the world but that changes every day so, perhaps I wasnt lucky thats all!!! Another good thing, clean sheets and towel for free (not everywhere you can find this) Thank you for everything. Emilio |

It has a lot of potential. When we stayed they we're still sort of putting things together and it seemed a bit empty. They definitly need more bathrooms though, there was almost always a line at the one bathroom for our dorm. Also breakfast is not at any particular time, it more 9-till it runs out, which doesn't give you long. So we only had breakfast one of the four days we were there. Beds we're comfortable, nice atmosphere. Good for people traveling alone. |

Russian Hostels: The problem is what to compare them to This is new so clean but not so new to explain the lack of services on offer. Don't count on b/fast. Poorly managed as in the left and right hands don't know what they are doing. Great location and excellent description to find the place but poor disjointed lay out and staff look a little shell shocked when asked for assistance. |

This hostel was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the location was wonderful: close to the center of town and an easy walk from the metro. Plus, we got free breakfast and internet access. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone staying in Moscow! |
