They have a kitchen on the 5th floor, great for make all and the location is great. Besides they have tv satelital and internet in the room. |

The room came with a lot. prive bathroom, computer with an internet, tv, and two beds and they were very comfortable. But the shower did not provide very hot water. |

Room was great, right next to Santa Maria Novella train station, free wifi and tv, bed super comfortable, clean, only problem was that the shower was right in the bathroom so water got everywhere when taking a shower, but overall great place to stay! |

Great location near the train terminal with everything within walking distance. We got "upgraded" to a "penthouse" with loads and privacy, air conditioning and Sky Sattelite TV. There staff there even helped us lug our super heavy luggage to the room. They even have tie ups for cover charge discounts with eateries within the vicinity, though we didn't get to try them. |

It's a very nice hotel and is being refurbished. The owner Marco and the older lady are very nice. But Marco you should seriously re-educate the girl with glass and long hair. She can seriously influence the overall impression of the hostel cos she is extremely unfriendly and uncooperative and doesn't have a sense of serving people. But it's a really good hostel with excellent location, 2 minutes from the Station which means you can take any train from any time and will comfortably arrive at ur bed after a long trip. For a very cheap price, you got LCD TV, Huge bed, and free internet and laundry!!!!! and they even make ur bed in the morning!!!! |

Excellent location, unbelievable view from the IV floor windows! Though the lady in reception did not speak English and we did not know Italian, we managed perfectly:-) |
